Josh brings over 15 years experience in the sector. He started as a support worker and has been a team leader, Regional Manager and State Operations Manager overseeing more than 200 participants. He was always sure he knew each individual and would see everyone as often as he could. He is now our head Specialist support coordinator and recovery coach.
