Josh started as a Support Worker in 2012, working with individuals who had complex support needs. There wasn’t a day he didn’t enjoy!
He then moved into management roles, working for large providers in WA and Victoria.
He’s recently moved back to WA and is eager to help people understand their plans and how to utilise them effectively.
He holds a Certificate IV in Disability and is currently studying a Certificate IV in Accounting & Bookkeeping. He was fortunate to go on a study to in the USA, meeting and learning from the some of the academics who built the foundations of the Positive Behaviour Support Framework.
